The general process is as follows...
We identify the funds.
We search for & attempt to contact the owner or likely heir.
These first two steps have already been completed. Therefore, we’ve contacted you.
Next, you decide if you would like us to assist you in collecting your funds. If so, you agree to pay the finder’s fee within 10 days of receiving your funds.
We will send you our one-page Fee Agreement and Authorization Letter that will require your signature and notarization.
Once we receive the signed Fee Agreement and Authorization Letter, we begin the process of collecting and submitting any required documentation needed to have your funds sent to you.
ID verification is required. Our document upload is encrypted for secure file sharing.
After you have collected your funds your balance according to the Fee Agreement becomes due.
